EdUHK engaged in World Bank Project to build the capacity of higher education teachers to enhance access to quality education in Cambodia.

2017年，教大擔任越南「加強教師教育計劃」顧問，向當地八所主要師範大學提供為期十個月的顧問服務。
2020年，教大與柬埔寨六所主要大學攜手，致力提升當地大學教師的專業水平，並促進兩地的研究協作和知識轉移。教大開辦的教學證書課程至今共培訓37名柬埔寨大學教師，使他們能擔任其任教院校的主要導師，透過共同編製的英語及高棉語教材進行教學。
In 2017, EdUHK served as the Consultant for the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training’s “Enhancing Teacher Education Program”, providing 10-month consultancy services for eight Lead Teacher Training Universities in Vietnam.
Since 2020, EdUHK has collaborated with six leading Cambodian universities to enhance the professional competencies of higher education teachers and foster collaborative research and knowledge transfer in Cambodia. One of the key initiatives is the development of a graduate certificate programme in teaching and learning for higher education teachers. To date, 37 Cambodian teachers have obtained the certificates and are qualified to serve as Master Teachers in their respective institutions through a co-developed set of resources in both English and Khmer.
